KKRC has particular expertise in the management and supervision of multifamily residential properties, including those with various government programs, and non-performing assets. In conjunction with affiliates licensed in Wisconsin and New Mexico, the company currently provides asset management or tax credit compliance support services to approximately 200 properties in 16 states. Third party on-site management is currently available in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wisconsin.
