COMMUNITY MANAGER
Full Time
The Community Manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the property as well as ongoing compliance of LIHTC program rules and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Tax credit knowledge, leasing, and organizational skills are preferred. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated with a positive customer service attitude, and a sensitivity to the tenants.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Full Time
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the resolving basic resident work order requests, restoring vacated units to acceptable standards, maintaining clean grounds and common areas and completing preventive maintenance items as scheduled. Maintenance technicians must be proficient in most areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, locks, appliances, and swimming pool maintenance where needed. Most technicians are in an on-call rotation and should be available for emergencies and possible weekend hours. We encourage certifications with our candidates.

LIHTC/HUD COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Full Time
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for an assigned portfolio of properties to handle on a preconcurrence basis. This position is required to have compliance experience in the property management industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the LIHTC program rules and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of their assigned portfolio. Must have a high attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. HCCP certification is required.
