Take Camelback Road north to 16th Avenue.  Entry to The Revello is located on Camelback Road.  From I-17, take Camelback exit and head east on Camelback Road.  The Revello is located on the north side of Camelback Road between 17th Avenue and 15th Avenue.


Community Information

The Revello is a brand new senior (55+) affordable community located on the north side of Camelback Road just west of 16th Avenue. 

Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households.  Residency at The Revello requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.

Entry to this property is located on Camelback.  The Revello welcomes Section 8 voucher holders.  All utilities are included.  Parking on site is very limited.   The Revello is within walking distance of the light rail and close to downtown Phoenix and major highways.


Community Amenities

The Revello houses many amenities including security cameras, laundry room, community room,  solarium, business center, salon, fitness room and library.  Our residents can enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather at the pool, on the sundeck or in the barbecue area.  The Revello provides, at no cost to our residents, transportation assistance, bi-monthly computer training, literacy classes, health promotion, disease prevention and wellness classes, an on-site food pantry and a resident services coordinator 40 hours a month.

Apartment Amenities

Our brand new units come with all new flooring, kitchen appliances (range, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher), kitchen exhaust fan, window coverings, air conditioning, washer/dryer hook ups, a patio or balcony, and a secure outside storage unit.


Leasing Terms

For the convenience of our residents, The Revello offers six and 12-month lease agreements, but an initial 12-month lease is required.

Pet Policy

Looking for a pet-friendly community?  Look no further than The Revello.  Two dogs or 2 cats, weighing 25 lbs. or less fully grown, per unit is permitted with an executed pet addendum, $250 refundable pet deposit and $20 per month in pet rent.
