The Revello is a new senior (55+) affordable community located on the north side of Camelback Road just west of 16th Avenue.

Entry to this property is located on Camelback. The Revello welcomes Section 8 voucher holders. All utilities are included. Parking on site is very limited. The Revello is within walking distance of the light rail and close to downtown Phoenix and major highways.

This community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate, middle, or low-income households. Residency at The Revello requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the Government and the Managing Agent.
