The leasing office is open from 8:30-5:30, M-F. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

From I-17, exit at Peoria and go East to 15th Ave. Take 15th Ave North to Desert Cove and make a left on Desert
Cove. The property is on the north side of the street.

Community Amenities

The community features a furnished clubhouse with computers for resident use. Additionally there is
a fitness center, an outdoor climbing/fitness area and a tot lot. The community features ample
parking.

Apartment Amenities

Each unit features energy efficient windows and heating/cooling systems. A full appliance package features
ranges, microwaves, energy efficient refrigerators, dishwashers and full size washer and dryers in every
apartment. Ample closet space throughout the unit, spacious balconies/patios, hard surface flooring and lots of windows will draw you in. Large kitchens make cooking a breeze!

 

Leasing Terms

During the initial lease-up of the property, all leases are for a 12-month term.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed at the community. A refundable pet deposit of $250.00 must be paid and additional pet
rent applies. Pets must be limited to 25 pounds or less with a maximum of 1 animal per household.
