Welcome to The Abbott, located in Bullhead City, Arizona. It is close to the Bullhead City Rotary Park, on Clearwater Drive and Riviera Blvd. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The Abbott is Bullhead City’s newest affordable housing community. It is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate, middle, or low-income households. Residency at The Abbott requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the Government and the Managing Agent.
The Abbott offers on-site Leasing Office, Community Rooms, Fitness Center, Business Center, and Playgrounds, EV Charging Stations, Bike Racks, Off-Street Parking, and it is 100% smoke-free, with 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Each apartment features a spacious floorplan, modern fixtures, vinyl plank flooring, private patio, ceiling fans, stainless steel appliance package that includes an electric range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and a front load washer and dryer in every unit. All units include free internet access.
6 or 12 month lease terms are available.
Pets 25lbs or less are permitted at our community with an executed pet addendum, and an additional $200.00 pet deposit and monthly pet rent of $15.00. Assistive animals will be reasonably accommodated with management approval.
