Welcome to The Abbott, located in Bullhead City, Arizona. It is close to the Bullhead City Rotary Park, on Clearwater Drive and Riviera Blvd. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

The Abbott is Bullhead City’s newest affordable housing community. It is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate, middle, or low-income households. Residency at The Abbott requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the Government and the Managing Agent.
