A minimum 6-month lease agreement is required, but 12-month lease agreements are also available. Short-term lease agreements are available for an additional fee.

Pet Policy

Looking for a pet friendly apartment community in Florence? Look no further than Saguaro Gardens. One pet per unit is permitted upon approval. We allow cats and dogs (60 lbs. or under full grown) at Saguaro Gardens with an executed pet addendum, a refundable $350 pet deposit and pet rent of $25.00 per month.
