Newport at Amphi is located on the northwest corner of Stone Avenue and Prince Street, about one mile east of Oracle Road in Tucson, Arizona.


Community Information

Newport at Amphi are brand new smoke-free apartments built in a central location along three major bus lines, steps from El Rio Healthcare Center and within the Tucson Unified School District.  This property has easy access to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores, city parks and so much more.  This community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households.  Residency at Newport at Amphi requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.


Community Amenities

Newport at Amphi has an indoor teen room, computer area, on-site management office, outdoor playground, covered parking (one covered space per unit) as well as additional visitor parking.  

Apartment Amenities

Each apartment home features a large, spacious floor plan and contain a washer, dryer, balcony or walled off back yard, brand new appliances, luxury vinyl tile flooring, pho-wood blinds, a linen closet, kitchen island and attractive finishes.


Leasing Terms

Twelve-month lease agreements are available.

Pet Policy

Looking for a pet friendly community?  Look no further than Newport at Amphi where one cat or dog is permitted with an executed pet addendum, a $350 refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent of $15.00.  Please see your community manager further details.
