Rental Application

From downtown Phoenix, head west on W. Washington Street toward North 1st Avenue.  Turn left on N.1st Avenue and continue onto S. 1st Avenue Crossover which will turn slightly right and become S. Central Avenue.  Turn right onto W. Mohave Street.  Turn left onto 7th Avenue.  Turn right onto Southern Avenue.  Turn left onto S.11th Avenue and Lynne Village will be on your left.

Lynne Village is conveniently located just off Southern and 11th Avenue.  This beautiful new community is located in South Phoenix close to grocery stores, healthcare facilities, schools, transit and much more!

Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households.  Residency at Lynne Village requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.

Pet Policy

Looking for a pet friendly commuity?  Look no farther.  Two pets (dogs or cats) are permitted per unit and must not exceed 25 lbs. full grown with an executed pet addendum and $300 refundable pet deposit.  Pet rent is $25 per month per pet.  If you have any additional questions, please see your community manager.
