If you reach E Monroe St., you've gone a little too far.

2247 E VAN BUREN ST is on the left.  Your destination is just past N 23rd St.

If you reach N 22nd St., you've gone a little too far.

Looking for a pet-friendly apartment community in Phoenix?  Look no further than the Lofts@10 Apartments.  We proudly allow cats and dogs here at the Lofts@10.  Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

 One cat or dog per unit is permitted with an executed pet addendum.  Some size and breed restrictions do apply.  Pets must weigh under 25 lbs.  There is a refundable $200 pet deposit and $15.00/per month pet rent.  See the community manager for additional details.
