Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income-income households. Residency at La Victoria Commons requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.
La Victoria Commons features an on-site property management office, community room with kitchen, playground, BBQ area, Picnic area with tables, security cameras, bicycle storage, Free WIFI
service infrastructure. The Community also features supportive services available to all residents to include financial management, job training, independent living skills, behavioral health and
substance abuse, and referrals for counseling/treatment.
Apartments feature spacious closets, a full appliance package featuring refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and in unit washer/dryer. Apartments will have ceiling
fans, air conditioning and window treatments. Kitchens are spacious and well thought out. Bathrooms are spacious and well lit.
