Rental Application

  • From downtown Prescott, head north on S. Cortez Street toward E. Gurley Street.  Turn left onto W. Willis Street.  Turn right onto N. McCormick Street which turns slightly left and becomes W. Sheldon Street.  Turn right onto Grove Avenue and then you turn slightly left onto Miller Valley Road.  You will pass by O'Reilly Auto Parts and Creekview Village will be on the righthand side.
  • Heading north on State Route 69 take a right onto Fain Road.  Use the middle two lanes to merge onto AZ-89A south.  Continue onto Pioneer Parkway.  Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Willow Creek Road.  Continue straight to stay on Willow Creek and straight onto Miller Valley Road.  Pass by Kentucky Fried Chicken on the left and Creekview Village will also be on the left.
 

Community Information

Creekview Village Apartments is a brand new apartment community built in a convenient location on Miller Valley Road near everything Prescott, Arizona has to offer.  It's within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and just a hop to downtown.  Covered parking is also available for our residents.  

Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households.  Residency at Creekview Village requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.

 

 

Community Amenities

Creekview Village residents can enjoy the computer room, clubhouse, walking trails, a tot lot, barbecue area, basketball court and covered bike storage.  There is also a  laundry center available on site for our residents' convenience.

Apartment Amenities

Each brand new unit at Creekview Village is equipped with new kitchen appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher), hardwood vinyl flooring, window coverings, extra storage space, a balcony or patio, spacious closets, central air and ceiling fans.

 

Leasing Terms

For your convenience, six and 12-month lease terms are available.

Pet Policy

Looking for a pet-friendly community?  Look no further than Creekview Village where we welcome one cat or dog per unit, with full-grown max weight of 25 lbs., an executed pet addendum, a refundable $250 pet deposit and $20 per month in pet rent.
