Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Center Ridge requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.
Center Ridge has off street parking, fitness center, business center and playground available for our residents.
The all electric units include stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal and a patio/balcony on select units.
Minimum six-month lease is required, but 12-month leases are also available.
Looking for a pet-friendly community in Payson? Look no further as dogs and cats are permitted at Center Ridge Apartments with an executed pet addendum. Two pets under 25 lbs. each (full grown) per unit are permitted with a $300 refundable deposit and monthly pet rent.
