Canyon Walk is conveniently located just off Highway 502 (a/k/a Trinity Drive) on DP Road in Los Alamos.


Community Information

Canyon Walk Apartments are expected to open very soon!  This brand new community is conveniently located and within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping.  Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Canyon Walk requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.

Each new apartment will have brand new kitchen appliances, hard surface flooring, spacious closets, window coverings, and washer/dryer hook-ups.


Leasing Terms

Twelve-month rental agreements are required.

Pet Policy

One cat or dog up to 25 lbs. fully grown is permitted per unit with management approval and an executed pet addendum.  The refundable pet deposit is $300 and pet rent is $15.00 per month.  Some breed and weight restrictions do apply.  See the community manager for additional information.
