Rental Application

From I-10 E/Pearl Harbor Memorial Highway/Papago Fwy E via EXIT 1A toward Tucson.

Take the Washington St exit, EXIT 148, toward Jefferson St/Rental Car Return (0.2 Miles).

Keep right at the fork in the ramp (.7 miles).

Merge onto E Washington St (.5 miles).

Turn left onto S 16th St. (S 16th St is 0.1 miles past N 17th St).

CIRCLE K is on the right.

If you reach N 15th St., you've gone about 0.1 miles too far.

Take the 1st right onto E Washington St.  CIRCLE K is on the corner.

If you reach E Jefferson St., you've gone a little too far.



Community Information

Washington Pointe Apartment Homes opened in January 2014.  It was designed and built with the active senior in mind.  Our community is reserved for individuals age 62 or better.  Whether you are moving from a full-size home or another apartment, you are sure to enjoy the many amenities and exciting possibilities that await you and offered only by Washington Pointe.  Choose from our spacious one- or two-bedroom floor plans offered at Washington Pointe.

Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households.  Residency at Washington Pointe requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.

Each apartment home features a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and pantry, linen closet, walk-in closet, intercom entry, designer color schemes and much more!  Come home to Washington Pointe today and live life the way you deserve.  All utilities are included in the monthly rent which creates a more affordable experience for our residents.

Leasing Terms

Minimum six-month lease with 12-month leases also available.

Pet Policy

Upon approval, one dog or cat is permitted at Washington Pointe with an executed pet addendum.  Your dog or cat must not weigh in excess of 25 lbs.  A refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent is charged.  Please see your community manager for more details.
