Rental Application

The Cottages at Trillium are located off University Ave, just west of Whitney Way on the west side of Madison. Then take the Whitney Way exit (N) off the Beltline to University Avenue.  Turn left onto University and go approximately 1/4 mile to Craig Ave.  Cottages at Trillium will be on left at the intersection of Craig Ave and University.

Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households.  Residency at Trillium Homes requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.

Our single story two-bedroom homes are affordable and meticulously designed with your comfort and convenience in mind.  Fully-equipped kitchens, additional storage, central air conditioning, and a private backyard are just a few of the many comforts of your new home.  The Cottages at Trillium offers you distinctive style and incredible luxury in a peaceful setting.

The Cottages at Trillium offers an initial 12-month lease term.

Pet Policy

Looking for a pet friendly community in Madison, WI?  Look no further!  We welcome cats and dogs!  Bring your furry friend to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your home at The Cottages at Trillium.

Pets are permitted upon approval with an executed pet addendum, a $250 refundable pet deposit and pet rent of $10 per month for cats and $20 per month for dogs.  There are weight limits:  1 pet may not exceed 50 lbs. at full maturity and 2 pets are not to exceed 75 lbs. in total full grown.  Please call for additional information on our pet policy.
