Amber Pointe Apartments are conveniently located south of downtown Phoenix. We offer affordable living with all the desired amenities for those 62 years and older! Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Amber Pointe requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.
Amber Pointe has a controlled entry, covered parking, pool, and fully-equipped laundry room and a clubhouse with a community room. Planned social activities are also offered to residents! Everything you need is on site!
Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, a patio or balcony, washer & dryer hook-ups, window coverings, ceiling fans, high speed internet access, and neutral flooring.
Minimum six-month lease term, but 12-month leases are also available for your convenience.
Looking for an animal-friendly community? Look no further than Amber Pointe. One small animal (dog or cat only) per unit is allowed upon the execution of a pet addendum and a $300 refundable pet deposit. Animals must weigh less than 25 lbs. fully grown. Additional animal rent of $15.00 per month is also required. Please see community manager for further details.
